Unfortunately, Ardoch Cottage is unavailable for the 2010 season

Ardoch Cottage is warm and spacious
and accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. There are four
bedrooms (one double bedded, three twin bedded) and two
bathrooms. Central heating throughout. You can see the sea
from some of the rooms and, from just outside, there are
magnificent views to Skye and the Applecross Hills across
Loch Kishorn.
Sorry, no dogs.
Downstairs
A large and sunny sitting room, with views across the sea to
the well known Bealach- na-Ba (Pass of
The Cattle), and the Applecross Hills. Comfortable sofa and
arm chairs, wood-burning stove, colour TV. Back door leading
to courtyard and parking.
Modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave oven,
stainless steel sink and drainer, dishwasher, fridge and all
the things you would reasonably expect. Large pine dining
table, easily seating 8. Front door, leading to front
courtyard.
Separate utility/drying room with washing machine, tumble
drier, central heating boiler, stainless steel sink and
clothes hanging area. Fridge/freezer.
Bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom opposite (bath and
electric shower, basin and wc).
Upstairs
The first floor has three interconnecting bedrooms
comprising one large double bedded room and two twin bedded
rooms, together with a large well fitted bathroom.
Outside
Ardoch Cottage is approached via a branch of the main drive
to Ardoch House, and is situated in it’s own courtyard.
There is plenty of space outside, and children can safely
play around the cottage. There is plenty of space to park
cars. The sea is only a couple of minutes walk away, and
there are numerous places to walk without needing to get
into a car. The sea is shallow, and very safe for children.
Ardoch is secluded, without being remote, and there is a
good village shop and seafood café within walking distance
(1/2 mile).

Outside
Gracie’s Cottage is situated virtually on the

shallow in front of the cottage. Plenty of car parking
